These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) govern all purchases made via our official website:

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms comply with Belgian law and applicable European Union consumer protection regulations.

NOVARA-BRUSSELS operates as an online fashion and jewelry retailer offering curated premium yet accessible pieces.

2. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all online sales concluded between NOVARA-BRUSSELS and consumers within the meaning of EU consumer law.

They prevail over any conflicting customer terms unless expressly agreed in writing.

3. Products

We present our jewelry and fashion accessories with the highest level of accuracy.

However:

  • Minor variations in color, finish, or packaging may occur due to screen display differences or production tolerances.

  • All products are offered subject to availability.

In case of stock unavailability after order confirmation, the customer will be informed without undue delay and reimbursed within 14 days.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

The purchase contract is formed once you receive an order confirmation email.

NOVARA-BRUSSELS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including but not limited to:

  • Payment authorization failure

  • Suspected fraud or abuse

  • Manifest pricing error

  • Abnormal bulk purchasing inconsistent with consumer use

5. Prices and Payment

Pricing

All prices are displayed in euros (€), VAT included.

Shipping costs, where applicable, are clearly indicated before final checkout.

Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation.
Transactions are processed via secure, PCI-compliant payment providers.

NOVARA-BRUSSELS does not store full credit card details.

In case of obvious pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

6. Delivery

Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched within 48–72 hours after payment validation.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery typically occurs within 7–10 business days, depending on destination.

Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.

Tracking

All shipments include a tracking number.

Transfer of Risk

Risk transfers to the customer upon physical delivery of the goods.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason.

Returned products must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original condition

  • Include original packaging and tags

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and issued via the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Legal Warranty

All products benefit from:

  • The legal guarantee of conformity (minimum two years under Belgian law)

  • The warranty against hidden defects

If a product is defective or non-conforming, the customer may request repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable legislation.

9. Limitation of Liability

NOVARA-BRUSSELS shall only be liable for direct damages resulting from proven fault or negligence.

We shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profit

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited under Belgian or EU law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the website — including branding, logos, product designs, visuals, descriptions, and digital materials — is the exclusive property of NOVARA-BRUSSELS.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

11. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

12. Force Majeure

NOVARA-BRUSSELS shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Strikes

  • Governmental restrictions

  • Pandemics

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Carrier delays

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Belgian law.

In case of dispute, an amicable resolution shall be sought before any legal action.

If no agreement is reached, disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Belgian courts.
